Arti is a superb stamp of a horse, a beautiful fully registered Irish Draught by Class 1 stallion Huntingfield Sunny C, out of an Irish Draught mare by Mountain Pearl. He takes plenty of presence, quality conformation and movement from his impressive pedigree and would certainly stand out in the showing ring.

A big, striking gelding, Arti loves fuss and attention and has a very kind, friendly nature. He has been a pleasure to handle and is easy to manage in all aspects.

​

On the flat, Arti is schooling nicely with three expressive paces and an exceptionally comfortable canter. He works in a neat outline, is naturally balanced and shows real promise for dressage or the show ring.

​

Arti has done a small amount of jumping. Having mainly been produced with dressage and showing in mind, he would benefit from further experience over fences. However, he has shown himself to be honest, willing and careful, with a good technique and a genuine attitude to please.

​

He has been taken to several arena hires where he has behaved impeccably. Arti loads and travels well and remains relaxed and sensible in new environments. As a young horse he will benefit from someone continuing his education and bringing out his full potential.

Arti has been out hacking both alone and in company and has seen a small amount of farm traffic. He enjoys getting out and about and is happy to pop the occasional log, taking everything in his stride.

​

He is good to load, shoe and handle. Good to clip, although he may require sedation for his legs. Arti is easy around the yard, good with dogs and children, straightforward to lead to the field and easy to catch.

This is a very sad sale as Arti has simply grown too big for his owner.
