Gandalf has a very loveable temperament and is a total BFG! He has spent the majority of his life hunting. He has hunted with the Cambridge University Drag Hounds, Fitzwilliam Hunt and the Ross Harriers so he has plenty of references available. To hunt, he is a gentleman, having hunted with a variety of riders from young adults through to an elderly couple.

On the flat, he is currently working at prelim level and has all the capabilities to be successful within this discipline. Due to spending the majority of his life hunting, his flatwork needs some fine tuning. He has a super trainable and willing attitude.

He also enjoys his jumping and is comfortably jumping around courses of 80-90cm. He has previously competed in several unaffiliated one day events and always done very well! He is a dream to deal with both at home and out in new places! He is straight to a fence and snaffle mouthed.

He is brilliant to hack alone, in company and good in traffic. 

He is good to shoe, catch, clip, load ect.
