Thunder is a 5yo full irish draught gelding, by Class 1 ID stallion Dunbeggan Grey Mist, from a good line of top class show horses and Hunters.

He is very sweet natured and aims to please, a real gentleman on the ground, who loves a good fuss and a groom, he has a very kind nature and would easily suit a teenager to love and put their own stamp on.

He is currently schooling at prelim level, and has completed a few Intro unaffiliated dressage tests. He is very willing and eager to learn, with a trainable attitude.

 

Thunder enjoys his jumping, He has done more XC than SJ. He is not bothered by fillers, planks, etc and will always try his best. He is green but he will always try hard. He is good over ditches and water.

He has done a small amount of hunting last season in Ireland, stood well and was very mannerly. He would be a great leisure horse, for fun rides, beach rides etc.

 

Thunder enjoys his hacking, alone and in company and he is good with heavy farm traffic.

He is good to shoe, clip, box etc.

​

He is still a young horse that has plenty to learn so will require someone willing to put a little more work in. Would suit hunting, eventing, all rounder home.
