Gem is a very smart looking mare with oodles of potential.

 

Gem has a sought after pedigree, her sire is the connemara pony Kilberan Mike, and her dam is by coolcaum hill, who is by clover hill.

Gem is a very attractive and well put together little horse, that has plenty of potential to do well in any equestrian discipline. She was broken late, but riding away nicely in the school now. She tries hard and will always want to please her rider. 

​

Gem has started jumping and is really starting to love her work, she takes you into a fence, and will attempt to jump off any stride. She has jumped around a couple of small courses and isn't phased by fillers. She has been to a fair few arena hires and clinics and is ready now to produce further and compete.

​

She is good to hack alone and in company and has seen farm traffic. Good to shoe, box, clip etc, we believe she has had her mane pulled by some sort of horse eating monster, so will need to gain your trust to be able to brush her mane, apart form this she is fantastic on the ground.

​

Although still a little green, Gem would be great for a competent teenager to produce further.
