Ice is a beautiful 14.1hh registered grey Connemara 12 years old.

 

Ice schools nicely on the flat and has three balanced paces. She holds herself in a correct frame and always snaffled mouthed. Ice has done a few unaffiliated dressage tests and always scored well. She will hack out alone and in company. She is safe in open spaces and does not get strong or silly. She has mainly hacked on bridleways as she isn't keen on heavy traffic. 

 

Ice has mainly been used for BS by current owner and has jumped up to pony discovery but her current rider is now too old for ponies and moving on to horses hence the sale.  She has placed many times both unaffiliated and affiliated. Ice does not fizz up at shows and will settle in any new environment without a fuss making her easy to take out on your own!

Ice would not be suitable for an inexperienced rider to take up the levels as she likes a competent jockey when jumping. With a competent rider, she is forward and bold around a course.

 

She has previously cross country schooled and thoroughly enjoyed herself, especially enjoying the water. She would suit someone wanting a fun safe allrounder or pony club home. 

 

Ice is great to handle on the ground but can be a little bit head shy but this is easily resolved with a treat. When putting on her bridle and headcollar she is fine but she is not keen on her ears being touched or clipped. 

 

Ice is happy both in or out and is happy to be left alone.

Never mare-ish. 

Good to shoe, Clip and catch.

Travels impeccably and will stand on the lorry all day with no fuss.

Up to date with vaccinations and teeth.
